The FINAL Production - DOWNFALL

Evaluation Question 1: In what ways does your meida product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
To answer this question me and my group created a video describing the forms and conventions of real media products and how we used them.

Evaluation Question 5: How did you attract/adress your audience?
In order to attract our audience we had to research the key aspects of attracting our audience would be. From our research we found that one of the main aspects was costumes. Costume is used to represent your social groups, so our audience will link the costume with our social groups we have created in our film. They interpret the character and the characters situation based on the clothes they are wearing, it is called pre-judging.
We also found that music and soundtracks was another factor to attracting and addressing our audience. The music we used for our main task was low and had lots of bass notes. We feel this was the best soundtrack as our film is a slow thriller, so the soundtrack of the film increases when the action of the film increases.
Our soundtrack had quite an 'eerie' feel to it, making the audience feel uncomfortable and question what is going to happen next.
The music must link with what is happening at the time in the video. If the music has no link with the video then it will confuse the audience and make them question the genre of the film.
